This combination of the basic fryer model and a secondary pressure conveyor will effectively fry foods with a high air or moisture content. Such products usually remain on the surface of oil during the frying process, which is inadequate for achieving high-quality, uniform frying results as the product needs to be submerged below the oil level. The product is strategically positioned between the lower and upper conveyors. Remaining stationary and fully immersed in oil, it undergoes frying for a predetermined duration. Following this, the fried snacks are unloaded from the fryer. The conveyor drive is synchronised to ensure both belts move at the same speed, preventing potential damage to the product.
